Abstract
The application of consignment in land
acquisition for electricity infrastructure projects serves as a legal solution
to resolve project stagnation caused by rights holders refusing compensation;
however, in practice, it often overlooks substantive justice for citizens. This
study aims to analyze the implementation of consignment for the construction of
electricity towers in Aceh Besar Regency, evaluate its compliance with
regulations, and identify the factors leading to impasses as well as the
resulting socio-economic impacts.
