Abstract
Land registration is a
legal instrument aimed at providing legal certainty and protection for land
rights holders. However, in the practice of systematic land registration,
serious problems persist, including the issuance of duplicate certificates with
the same status for the same plot of land. This situation creates legal
uncertainty and has the potential to harm well-intentioned rights holders. This
study aims to analyze the provisions for preventive and repressive legal
protection for rights holders with duplicate certificates with the same status
under systematic land registration.
