The Constitution of India deal with labour welfare. With Rajasthan Platform
Based Gig Workers (Registration and Welfare) Bill 2023, Rajasthan Government
has taken a leap to provide social security to hitherto-neglected gig workers
engaged in e-commerce platforms. Present article aims to analyse the provisions
of the Bill and its impact on Rajasthan gig workers’ labour rights.
