Content, subjects and preventive measures of the situation of gambling crimes in Vietnam

Abstract
In recent years, in Vietnam, the situation of gambling crimes has become
complicated with a large number of people and money used for gambling
activities. According to statistics from the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam,
in 2024, nationwide, 6,138 gambling cases were tried with 28,327 defendants. To
effectively prevent gambling crimes, it is necessary to fully study the
content, subjects and preventive measures.
