Abstract
Climate change has become a global concern
that demands the active involvement of all countries, including Indonesia, in
complying with international obligations. As a developing country and a
significant emitter, Indonesia holds a strategic role in the global climate
change mitigation and adaptation agenda. This study is motivated by the
importance of evaluating the extent to which Indonesia complies with
international obligations established under legal frameworks such as the
UNFCCC, the Kyoto Protocol, and the Paris Agreement.
