Abstract
The complexity of the
interaction of technology, law, and ethics increases as the digital landscape
continues to change. This study explores the complex fields of cyber law and
cyber ethics with the goal of identifying and evaluating the various problems,
effects, and behaviors that influence the modern digital landscape. The first
section of the study looks at how cyber law is currently structured, including
both national and international legal systems. The study closely examines the
difficulties presented by the global reach of cyberspace and investigates the
efficacy of current legal frameworks in mitigating cybercrimes and preserving
personal liberties. Concurrently, the study explores the ethical aspects of
cyberspace activities, acknowledging the critical role that cyber ethics play
in directing responsible conduct in the digital realm. It illuminates the moral
conundrums that come with technical breakthroughs by examining the ethical
implications of cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence,
blockchain, and the Internet of things. By putting out doable rules and
suggestions, it seeks to shed light on how to promote a more moral and safe
online community.
