Guarantee of legal certainty in the implementation of complete systematic land registration (PTSL)

Abstract
This research focuses on
the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL\ in accordance with Article 25 of the Regulation of the Minister of
Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of
2018. PTSL is divided into 4 clusters with the main aim of providing legal
certainty over community land rights.. The results showed that PTSL is a
program that involves steps, including administrative data collection and
direct measurement in the field. Although its implementation shows commitment
in Aceh, there are still obstacles such as overlapping certificates and
ownership claims that can lead to land conflicts.
