Abstract
The Cambridge Dictionary defines liability as a fact that someone is legally responsible for something while responsibility has been defined as something that it your job or duty to deal with something. As far as the term responsibility is concerned in the space laws context the laws of state responsibility are the governing principles which by when and how a state (in international law, a sovereign state sovereign country or simply a state is a nonphysical juridical entity that is represented by one centralized government that has sovereignty over a geographic area) is held responsible for a breach of an international obligation (a course of action that someone is required to take whether legal or moral).
