Damages replacement lawsuit for government action for publishing an adverse state administration decision

Abstract
This study aims are to examine and analyze the lawsuit directed to the Government for Issuing the Decision of State Administration that causes adverse effect. This research is conducted by Juridical Sociological approach, that is by conducting research on the work of law in society. The findings in this study indicate that the compensation in the state administrative dispute should not be restricted by law but must be based on legal facts and must provide a sense of justice revealed in the trial, so that the determination of the amount of compensation that can be obtained by the plaintiff is Taking into account the real circumstances based on judicial considerations of justice.
