Abstract
This article examines the Segment Reporting in India and benefits of embracing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) by Indian elements and further examines the impact of reception of IFRS on companies' segment reporting when contrasted with segment reporting under Indian GAAP (IGAAP).
