The inhibiting factors faced by the company in providing the right to information in property transaction agreement was the lack of communication between the company and the consumers. The consumers did not really understand on the agreement that had been signed; the consumers felt continuous dissatisfaction towards the company. To overcome such obstacles, the property developer invited the consumers for a discussion and explanation to make the consumers fully understand.
