Abstract: Brown v. Entertainment Merchants Association (2011) is a landmark case in the US constitutional law history. It has redefined the basic human right of freedom of speech. Although the decision is a recent one but it is a depiction of jurisprudential development. It has strong linkage with China’s proposition of Real Name Network System.
